Looks like Puerto Rico will join the ranks of places where smokers are going to have to go outside for their nicotine fix.
There's a law in the works that will ban smoking in all indoor places like clubs, bars, restaurants etc. You know, I don't mind other people smoking as long as it's not in my face. I do hate smelling like an ash tray after being out at night though, so in that aspect this is good. One thing that I found interesting about this new law is that you can also get fined if you are smoking in your car and there happens to be a child 13 years old or younger with you. That's going to be interesting to see it being upheld.
